I prefer to do manuals in the Arkansas region although I have done many in other areas.
I have been doing RVSM, RNP, MNPS/NAT and MEL manuals for over 10 years. And have a good record of accuracy in what the FAA requires.
I generally do not invoice until the manual in your possession.
RVSM Manual requirements
1. Make. Model Regis. No. and S/N of aircraft
2. A list of the RVSM critical equipment.
3. is the aircraft TCAS 2 equipped What make and model TCAS 2 should have 7.1 software
4 Who is/are your maintenance facilities
5. who is the person responsible. Ops & Maint.
6. Home base and business address
7. Pitot Static system check log entry
8. Airworthiness & registration copy. (Bill of Sale if you do not have hard copy of Regis.
9.Copy of the flight manual supplement.
10 RVSM Training Certificates and Intl. Procedures training for
RVSM ,RNP, NAT/MNPS as applicable.
Intl Procedures training should have been in the last 2 years.
Just RVSM training Certificates generally have no expiration date
11. Make and Model of Long-range Nav. Sys. (RNP/MNPS/NAT Only)
12 Initial Certification documentation. Only for planes not RVSM from factory
13 GMU / AGHME Flight. this is on the AGHME website. I can find it myself
14. Pilot Cert & Medical
15 Other planes registered under this company name which have RVSM Manuals/LOAs.
